Postponed: End-of-School Ice-Cream Social

Update: Regrettably, due to anticipated inclement weather, we are faced with the tough decision to postpone this event. We have been informed of expected high winds and heavy rains, which would create an unsafe environment for the activities that were planned to take place outdoors.

Additionally, our vendor who was providing the inflatables for the event has clear safety policies, which prohibit their use during high winds. As this is a significant part of our planned festivities, it is another compelling reason for us to err on the side of caution and delay the event.

However, we are working diligently to find a suitable date to reschedule the Ice-Cream Social. We are considering pairing it with one of our future Summer events to make it an even bigger celebration! Rest assured, as soon as a reschedule date is confirmed, we will be updating the community through various communication channels such as emails, social media posts, and our community newsletter.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this unexpected change. We promise to bring you an event full of fun, laughter, and delicious ice cream when the weather is more cooperative.
