The Arbor Greene CDD is excited to announce that the Fitness Room is open in accordance to rules and regulations that were provided by the Governor’s Executive Order along with input from the District’s Management Company and Insurance Provider.  Please note that this is the beginning phase of reopening the facilities and although equipment and space is limited, the health and safety of our staff and residents are of the utmost concern and focus.  The CDD will continue to monitor any updates and evaluate the use of the facilities, including soliciting feedback from residents to help improve the guidelines.

Employees will be staffed accordingly to monitor proper social distancing and use of the facilities.  When in contact with others, employees will be wearing masks.  Employees will be cleaning equipment at least hourly to disinfect all touchpoints and will deep clean the facilities upon closing.  Please adhere to the following guidelines that are in place and respect any requests from Arbor Greene CDD employees who will be monitoring and enforcing the guidelines.

The Arbor Greene CDD Board of Supervisors warmly welcomes you to the beautiful Community of Arbor Greene in Tampa, Florida.  The Arbor Greene Community Development District (“District”) is an independent local unit of special-purpose government created pursuant to and existing under the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

A Community Development District (CDD) provides the "solution" to Florida’s need to provide valuable community infrastructure generated by growth, ultimately without overburdening other governments and their taxpaying residents.

CDDs represent a major advancement in Florida’s effort to manage its growth effectively and efficiently. This allows a community to establish higher construction standards, meanwhile providing a long-term solution to the operation and maintenance of the community’s facilities.
