CHILDREN'S OLYMPICS REGISTRATION FORM

We're hosting our very own OLYMPICS on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 9AM-12PM on the "Back Lawn".  The "Games" will include the (child-friendly) "Javelin" Throw, "Discus Throw", Hula Hoop Competition, 25 Yard Dash, Standing Broad Jump,  & Tennis (Obstacle) Challenge.  Athletes are welcome to participate in several crafts (making their own Olympic Torch, making their own Olympic Ring (bracelet) and coloring their own medal/torch.

 Although children under 5 years of age are welcome to participate, their scores will not be recorded. There are two age groups (children 5-8 years) and (children 9-12 years) who will have their performance scored for each Olympic Game. While all athletes will receive a participation medal, the highest performers in each athletic game will be recognized/ receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze Medal during the Closing Ceremony. 
 

There will be multiple local business owners on site who provide Health and/or Wellness Services to Children.  Please be sure to stop by their table to learn more about their programs. 

Howdy Doodles Icecream Coach will also be on site.

This Event is being Sponsored by McIlwain Dental Specialists in honor of National Child's Dental Health Month.

PLEASE ENTER the "Olympic Village" near the ATHLETE Registration table (located near the entrance to the lap pool).  Once registered, your child will receive a colored wrist bracelet, depending upon his/her age.   Parents will receive your child's Participation Certificate with an accompanying Score Sheet to record their performance. (For health & safety reasons, you may choose to bring your own writing utensil). Parents will also receive a directional map.  We ask that you have your child complete each athletic event in the order that they are numbered.

You're welcome to stop by anytime after 9:00 am, but all games need to be completed by 11:30 am (to allow time for judges to determine the winners of each event, prior to the closing ceremony. Sheela Hota-Mitchell/Jumba Kids & Jumba Kids Jr. will also be performing between 11:30-11:45 am.
